List webhooks
Returns the webhooks currently registered for the authenticated project, ordered by creation time (oldest first).
The signingSecret is not included in list responses — it is returned only once, in the response of POST /webhooks/. If you lost it, delete the webhook and register the URL again to receive a new secret.
Requires Authorization: Basic base64(projectId:projectSecret).
