Payment method

The organization payment method is the card Photon charges. It is separate from the plans, subscriptions, and usage under project billing. It uses the selected organization. Browse the automatic command reference.

paymentMethod is null when no card is stored, or when the response carries no display metadata. Processor identifiers, full card numbers, and security codes are never exposed.

Add or replace a card

setup creates a hosted HTTPS checkout and opens it in your browser:

Browser opens

The capability URL is not printed, because it is a bearer credential for the checkout session.

You get the same shape if the browser fails to launch, so you can open the URL yourself.

Invalid or non-HTTPS checkout URLs are rejected before they are opened or displayed.
